Veeva Heros Award (2018)
It is a momentous occasion for GTM team of Boehringer Ingelheim India, in its journey of customer engagement, to receive "Veeva Hero Award". This was the second award in the month after the Award for Digital Excellence in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare'. BI India was chosen for this award among a large group pharma companies including almost all multinationals in India. The GTM team, which was formed in year 2017, has in such a short span of time, made significant progress in heralding a new era of customer engagements through innovative tools and platforms. Today, BI India not only achieving high degree of optimization with traditional engagement model of face to face interactions but also moving to more customer centric and focussed approach by using E-mails & Remote detailing.
The team performed the most aggressive and broad Veeva implementation in India, through Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Approved Email and has been the 1st to roll out the Remote Detailing through the Veeva Engage module. This approach demonstrates, team's focus and commitment and a can do attitude. BI India now has assumed a mantle of being an advocate for the implementation of an end-to-end harmonized process and moving towards the journey of intelligent customer engagement model. We are sure that BI India is going to achieve many more such accolades in the time to come.
