HR Team India Wins Tiss Leapvault ClO Award 2018
At BI India, we continuously strive to drive a culture of Coaching and Mentoring through focused leadership development interventions. A testimony to this effort is the recognition that we received at the Tiss Leapvault Clo Awards 2018 in the "Gold" category for Best program in Coaching/ Mentoring category in Pharma sector.
CONNECT – the Coaching intervention intends to build managers as coaches to drive field-force effectiveness in building a high-performance culture. This behavioural Coaching Intervention for Sales Leadership Team was designed as a 11 months learning journey to inculcate "One Degree shift" in Managers in their pursuit to become good Coaches.
Mentoring@BI is our commitment to invest in driving accelerated development of key talent who can steer our future and help us in actualizing our Vision. The Mentoring intervention is a 2-pronged approach to development which not only leverages mentees' potential but also equips the Mentors by building self-awareness through Coaching and thereby creating a culture of coaching and mentoring in the organization. The entire intervention was driven by the senior Leadership as Mentors with 3 Key talents each as Mentees and the Mentoring relationship was built on focused Individual Development Plans (IDP). This Mentoring – Coaching combination strived to establish a conducive environment in the organization to achieve our Strategy 2020.
This award comes as a validation of our processes in terms of the Coaching & mentoring processes and we will continue to strive to further the growth and development agenda of all our employees.
